x_mod? Ric, Shatty and Madrox need their friends! We've also got plot lines/people looking for Havok, Cyc and Nightcrawler. We need X-men and Acolytes both, and OC's are more than welcome!
The premise of the game is set up so that you don't need a ton of canon knowledge to play. Mutants have existed for a year as of the 21st, and a Mutant Registration Act plot just launched. We badly need X-Men and Acolytes, we are a group very happy to plot and help include you in the game!

I took a little break from Twilight lines a few months ago, but am interested in finding new ones now that I'm on winter break.
Check out my line ideas here! They aren't set in stone and you can suggest any kind of scenario (or pairing!) you like if you don't see one that strikes you. I'm more interested in playing Edward, Leah, or Bella at the moment, because I am all Jacobed out! I don't enjoy the movies, so no movie pbs please!

VACANT. Whenever he gets close to people, prophetic dreams torment the Woodcutter, and because of them he's never let anyone past that gruff exterior, but lately he's been having these nightmares about The Big Bad Wolf and Red Riding Hood which he just can't ignore. His old friend, Van Helsing, has invited him to Bellum Letale, but Snow White, who seems to be the only one who can help with the nightmares, is the reason he's decided to stay. For almost three decades Lord Voldemort threatened the Wizarding World and Muggle World alike. He went from being one of the most powerful Dark Lords ever to almost being defeated by a baby before rising once again. He spent much of his time recruiting the other races to assist him in the destruction of the Wizarding World. Harry Potter and his friends put a kink in his plan however and defeated him, saving their world.
Or so they thought.
With the absence of Voldemort, some of the other races have been biding their time, building their own armies so as to rise up and declare wars of their own. Will the Wizarding World be ready for another attack? Will an unfamiliar foe succeed where Voldemort failed? Only time will tell….
The year is 2019, it's been twenty-one years since the Battle of Hogwarts when Harry Potter defeated The Dark Lord. Life has gone back to normal for the survivors; if being a Wizard was normal to begin with. But then again has life really gone back to normal for everyone? The Trio and their friends have children of their own now. Have they taken after their parents? Are they the complete opposite? It's now their turn to create their own stories.
This is a Third Generation, Canon based game. It picks up two years after the Deathly Hallows Epilogue. Didn't like the Epilogue? That's ok, neither did I, but here's your chance to create your own Epilogue.

On May 1st, 2009, nation leaders spoke together to reveal a truth to the world: the supernatural world is real. Vampires, werewolves, and more exist. They have been known to the government for a long time, and now they are coming out of the shadows - and they come with a message. They are not a threat. They mean no danger to humans. But there are other things out there that do. The days that followed changed everything most people believed they knew about the world, about history, and most importantly, about themselves. Celebrities, politicians, the family down the street - they began revealing their true identities, and telling the world what they really were. Missing people that had been turned against their will came out of hiding, and orginizations popped up to reunite them with their families. The revealing of the supernatural was penned in the media as the Light of May, as society made room for the supernatural. It wasn't easy. Many, human and supernatural alike, were terrified of what this would mean. Some wanted to keep the supernatural abominations down. Leading figures of both Democratic and Republican parties were revealed to be supernaturals themselves, and joined together to fight for civil rights for the supernatural. It is revealed that if the supernatural were wiped out, half of the entire world's population would be gone. Independent parties popped up through-out the country, opposing supernatural rights, and the fight goes on. But those aren't the only battles being fought. Why did the Light of May happen? If the supernatural has always existed, why are they only making themselves known now? For centuries, those with supernatural blood have been hunted, held, and killed - all for the benefits of their blood to hunters, and vampires who don't want to play by the rules of etiquette. There was a time when the angels, and even the fae, fought to protect them. But the fae have been extinct for hundreds of years, and worse - the angels seem to have disappeared. There is nothing fighting the demons of the world at bay now. The human race is at risk, and they are not alone. The Light of May is an original supernatural game, taking place in a time when the world is adjusting to the world that has been hidden since the beginning of time. The game is set in Ann Arbor, Michigan, centered around a fictional township called Scarlet Oak. Characters of many races are up for play, as are those trusty humans. The Light of May will be focusing on characters adjustments and the eventual struggle against demons, hunters, and more. The Light of May is for original characters only. Pre-existing fandom characters will not be allowed. Many wanted characters and storylines! |

VACANT. Djinn comes from extremely low beginnings, and he lived his entire life at the whim of more powerful people: an underground drug cartel. His masters have mostly used his unique skills to remove living obstacles from their path, and one of his unfortunate escapades was The Beast's suspected crime. He's been sent to Bellum by his superiors, who he would not consider denying, to find blackmail information on anyone in the building with the capacity to pay, or with connections to the Mafia, putting Red Riding Hood, The Big Bad Wolf and The Boy Who Learned Fear firmly on his radar. VACANT. In all of his life, The Boy Who Learned Fear has never been scared. It worried his parents to no end, and they took him to countless psychiatrists and specialists in his childhood. When he finally left home, they were glad to see him go, because others feared him, even though he feared nothing. He's a low-level member of the Giancomo Family, though not related through blood, and he's been sent to Bellum to keep an eye on Red Riding Hood. Sol escaped a coup in Bamarre and has been living a commoner's life as a blacksmith. He hasn't seen his older brother Henry since the day of the coup...
Sisters Ginger and Lavender are missing their younger brother Gareth. Lavender runs the town's herb shop, and is deaf- the whole family speaks sign language, so as to communicate with her. Gareth may have higher aspirations than to be a shop boy, however...

Hey everyone! I'm posting on behalf of nearside_mods, a fun little town-based game. While the game may be little right now, we're hoping to up the numbers with a few wanted characters.
Over at Nearside, I play Elliotea_nash, a 19 year old Trekkie nerd who's majoring in engineering at Nearside University. Elliot's true passion is managing his uncle's comic book shop, which he hopes to own some day. While Elliot and his best friend are happy talking to each other, they'd both love to have a few others to talk to/pester.
First up is Joel, Elliot's older brother. Joel is the popular jock type who likes the outdoors. He was part of a bunch of sports teams when they were kids and really is the exact opposite of Elliot (but they get along for the most part). He's 21, he did go to college but whether he finished and what the major was is up to the player. There is already an athletic, popular football player in the game, so there would be an automatic friendship line, as well as the family line.
Next up are the roommates of Elliot. Since Elliot is a student, he needs all the help he can get paying rent for a three bedroom apartment! The roommates have already been established as existing in the game (a few references of a random roommate opening a door), but no names or personalities have been mentioned. Jobs/in or out of school is completely open to the player. I'm only asking they be a touch on the nerdy side so the boys can geek out together.
